I had gynecomastia surgery about a year ago to date, and have been receiving kenalog injections every 3 months or so because scar tissue grew back and made it even worse. I was just wondering the typical window for kenalog to run it’s full course

Kenalog takes about 6 weeks to be fully effective. Sometimes more than one injection is needed. The choice of dosage and the manner of injection all play a part in how effective it is.
