Hey!
What do you think? Is that really bad? I am 20 years old. It started changing when I was around 12-13 years old and I think it will not get better any more. I am really afraid of surgery. So I am doing weightlifting now. Could this be a solution? Are there any chest exercises which could make it disappear? Please help. I post some pics.

weight lifting wont help. if you flex your pec, your gyne will look worse. (try it)

weight lifting does the same thing, increases pec size, and it will make your gyne stick out even more because the muscles behind it push the gyne out.

I think it does not look worse. However everybody said it will not disappear from weight lifting. I think (with weight lifting) I could change gynecomastia into muscular chest like 50 cent have for examle :) .

"the muscles behind it push the gyne out."

When I flex my chest I feel it hard. Are not there any possibilities that weight lifting does not make the muscles push it forward but replace the gyno with muscles too? It only seems fat there or something like that. Or is it the same like women's boobs and it will never disappear without surgery?
