If a patient's nipple (or nipples) heal in a such a way that they become attached to underlying muscle tissue post-surgery, can Kenalog injections repair this? My understanding is that Kenalog slowly dissolves scar tissue; if this is correct, would Kenalog also dissolve scars that become attached post-surgery?  I suppose my concern is that I have a creased nipple that indents when flexed, but seems to glide naturally with animated arm movements.  If Kenalog can eliminate the scar tissue behind my nipple, would it also eliminate any attachments made during the healing process, thereby correcting my creased nipple?

Thanks,
Leaf
