You look like you have great pec muscle development, not gynecomastia.  The nipple areolas look fine.

Funny how viewing angle and proximity to the lens (of the eye or the camera) makes such big differences.

When you put your chin on your shest and look at your own nipples, your eye is probably no more that 6 inches from the nipple. even the tiniest nipples look huge at this angle and proximity.

We are almost incapable of looking at ourselves objectively.

The doctor is right.
