Is it okay to take adderall after surgery? If so, should I wait a certain amount of time? Thanks!

I'm not aware of any reason why you wouldn't take this after surgery if it's a medication that you're on normally.  There are many who question an association of Adderall with gynecomastia, but this association is loose at best, at least as far as I'm aware.

thanks doc! I was more worried about adderall as a stimulant and its effect on post surgery healing (as it slightly speeds up the heart)

Should not be a problem ,I do not have patients alter their medication.
