So i had this golf ball like gyno lump in my left chest that i had removed about 3 or 4 years ago, and after the surgery i was relieved and felt way better mentally.

I got this surgery paid for, and didnt really care for scars and what not.

Now though. I think about it alot.
I'm a guy with a very low body fat percentage and you can really see how the nipples are almost cross eyed.

a crater when i flex, and puffy when i don't

Is it worth a revision surgery or is there anything else I can do to improve the looks of it ?

I will bet it wasn't a plastic surgeon who did your surgery!

You might be a candidate for revision surgery to improve the scars, fix the crater and deal with the puffiness.  Best is to find a gyne specialist in your area and consult with him for an opinion.

Good luck!

Probably not. And thank you for the quick reply.
Besides revision surgery, is there no way else to get rid of the puffyness? No chance that it will go away with massage?

Sorry, massage will be of no help.
