I had a revision surgery 10 days back. It included liposuction fat grafting and excision.
Surgeon told me not to wear a compression garment. But i do feel some tight hard like structure where the skin is liposucked. The whole area can feel hard. I cannot feel and breast tissue like things as i understand. So what do u doctors think about not wearing a compression?

Your surgeon knows what was done and is the best person to answer your question.  Every surgeon has his own reasons for recommending post op care.

If you trusted the surgeon to operate on you why not trust him for his post op recommendations?

First I would echo what has been said ,follow your surgeon's recommendations, not at this point someone who has never seen you and does not know what has been done. For your piece of mind I would say that you had two things done which have a competing set or requirements postop. Significant compression reduces blood flow which is not what you want with fat grafting. Compression is useful for liposuction to keep things flat so to speak. Good luck.
