Dumb question, but do men have cooper ligaments? I read its the source for the structure and shape of the breasts and whem weakend they sag bad. Im ok with my boobs and have grown to accept vs waste the money on them. But with acceptance came knowledge on how to take care of them. And came across cooper ligaments and couldnt find anything that said men and women or just women, just breast.

The breast is the same prior to Puberty, so I would have to guess that the ligaments are the same as well.

As I understand, if you have breasts you have cooper's ligaments.  They are there to support the other tissues. Apparently they are relatively weak and weight change or breast growth can result in some significant discomfort. I'm pretty sure I experienced some of the cooper's ligiments not providing enough support.  That's when's bra brought relief from pain.
