Hello everyone I'm back

I have had other things on my mind since my revision but my concerns have come back about it recently. It has been 7 months since I did the revision and I believe I have a crater on my right side which what I would like to correct with my surgeon.I am going to see him in July so I would like to address it to him and I am not so bothered by my left side as to my right side . I have heard many on here explain two options: fat flaps & fat grafting. I get the idea that fat flaps is the better way to deal with this situation
I have a few questions if someone would care to answer.

1.I don't know if my surgeon does fat flaps, however if fat grafting is the only option I would like to know how effective it would be in my situation?

2. What is the worst outcome from fat grafting?

3. Is it possible there is scar tissue causing this right side crater?

4. What is your overall opinion on the severity of the crater? is it a big deal or not ? under certain lighting it can be obvious or not so much but it gives me mixed feelings which is why I want to correct it.

You actually have craters on both sides, although one is deeper than the other.  You also appear to have some residual extra tissue surrounding the craters, which should make a fat flap procedure possible.

Suggest you seek an opinion from a gyne specialist in your area.  My personal favorite technique is to use fat flaps, which provide a one time fix for the problem.  Fat grafting may be possible, but sometimes it requires more than one procedure.

Good luck!

Ok real question. I saw my doctor and we spoke about fat grafting the right side. He said he would take fat from below the right chest and around the sides to place in the area that has the crater.

Could I get another crater below the chest if he were to do that? I believe he said he would remove about 15ccs and he would overfill .

He said taking from the area around the chest and sides is best because taking fat from stomach can sometimes have different properties. eg (belly fat sticks out when other areas of the body are slimmer)
Does this sound like an appropriate method of doing the fat grafting?
