I've been dealing with this since I was about 13 years old. I thought that if I exercised it would go away - it did not, it only got worse. I stopped working out and gained a lot of weight (6'1" tall and 254lbs). I've dropped down to about 190lbs, on my way back down to 175lbs.

I haven't consulted any PS, but from my own research, I'm sure I have gynecomastia. I can feel some fiberous material beneath the nipples, which BTW are oversized as well. I've pretty much decided to have the surgery early next year. I'd do it immediately, but work is much too busy to take time off.

Please take a look at these pics and let me know what you think (sorry but I'm not much at self-portraits).

Ya, ya, I know I have a hairy chest. I don't like to shave it because it itches like crazy. However, I'll certainly be shaving it if I get surgery.

Actually i think the 'Teen Wolf' look hides it quite well  ;D

Yeah defo get the surgery, you look in otherwise good shape and a good candidate for surgery  ;)

36 isn't too old, plenty of good years to come gyne free,

Ah people who shave their chests are poofs. That goes for blokes who shave their butts or nutsacks. Far too much broke butt mountain watching going on here recently ;D ;D

And if some doris moans tell her to get a boob job and you'll think about it.  ;D

Now Spaceman it looks form the photos you have a case of the puffs. You're gyne isn't that bad but because you look in alright shape I think you are right to look at surgery.

Well done on the weight loss by the way.

Hey man,

Your chest looks somewhat similar to mine. I'm certainly less hairy, but check out my pics to see my before and after.

Keep up the fat loss, and make sure to carry a lot of lean muscle mass. You'll look a lot better, especially after surgery, and you won't have as bad a problem with loose skin.

I've read about the loose skin problem and I think your'e right. Hopefully I'll be in much better shape by the time I decide to have the surgery.

you asked for an opinion--so here it is.  You don't have really big boobs, rather big nipples.  They really aren't that bad.  But I know from experience that if it is bothering you enough, go for it.  You won't be sorry.

  • Wilma, grab the lotion, we're going to the beach!
Looks like a Persian rug to me.

Good news is that most guys say the gyne doesn't look so bad when wearing a dark colored shirt.

Because of your fur, you probably don't look to bad without a shirt on.

With a shirt on, I bet it's more noticeable.

Yes, I think you have it.
