Is this gynecomastia?? For a long time ive never taken my shirt off in public and missed out on allot (i didnt even take off my shirt during sex...). Recently ive started to do these things only because going to the gym has given me a confidence boost..But if i have this condition i would like to know. I asked a doctor if my breasts were, "abnormal" and she said that there isnt anything out of the ordinary for an 18 year old. But...not from what i see...

It looks like you definitely have some glandular tissue right below your areola.  You don't have male breasts, but you do have what most people call puffy nipples.  Surgery with simple excision would probably be the only solution.

So your saying that I cant get rid of them through and kind of excersize or weight lifting..?

Probably not since your problem seems to be glandular.  Since you are only 18, perhaps working out could help your hormone levels and the problem may go away within a year or two.  It's not very likely, but its worth doing until you have a better idea of your surgical options.

Yes, it's gyne.  You'd need excision to flatten them.  You could weight lift everyday for the rest of your life and it won'tget ride of the puffies.  At 18, it's unlikely to resolve.  Generally, if it hasn't resolved before 1 year, it becomes permanent.
