Hi there, im a 23 year old student, i used to work out but havent really for 2 years. I drink a fair amount etc.

Just wondering where the gland are?

and will the size reduce if i loose weight??

Any help would be great

NICK, exactly what Denverguy said. If it's not enough for someone to say, Man you got breasts then don't worry about it. Your gyne does not warrant surgery unless you really want to build your self-confidence. I am lean, about 165 5' 11" had a minor case. I would say on a scale of 1-10 about a 2. Had the surgery, now I have nasty scars, waves in my pectoral muscle and hardness under my nipple. Not a good tradeoff, I wish I never had the surgery. Plus it cost me $5000...Weigh the pros and cons!! Good luck ;D
