Well for me anyway.  I'm going to start running again, it'll be about 4 weeks post op.  I plan on running how i use to (6 miles) but will it be alright to do it without any compression vests? I'm at the 3 week point now, where i only need to wear it during the day OR at night but i do plan on wearing it as much as possible still.

You're at 4 weeks? I think it's a little too early, the running might cause some swelling. Also I heard that when you start, you should start slow then build your way up. But whatevers fine, I'm no doctor, you should ask your doc.
If you have gyne, dont expect not be laughed at.

Just like if you walk into a locker room, you're gonna see some hairy asses and dicks.

Unfortunately for me, both have occured in my life way too many times.

3 weeks now but plan on running at 4 weeks.  My doctor said i could even start running at 2 weeks since my healing was going well but i've read quite a few threads saying it's probably not the best thing to do.

They did say i won't be able to do any chest work outs for 8 weeks though.
