Aside from burising which is under control my breast feel very numb to the touch. its such a weird sensation to touch them, its like they've lost most of the sensation in the skill all over. Is this normal? How long will this last before some feeling returns? Anything i can do to aid this process?

The numbness is absolutely normal and predictable after this surgery.  Return of sensation is extremely variable (too many factors to talk about here) but it may take weeks to months.  During that time, you will have itching, tingling, and an occasional fleeting sharp shooting pain.  These are all indications that the nerves are waking up and beginning to work.

Be patient -- feeling will ultimately return.
