So im having this weird phobia. I like to pull on the bottom of the vest alot because it starts riding up my stomach and is kinda uncomfortable. When the doc puts the vest on does he move your chest to how he wants it molded or what not under the vest? Im afraid if i keep playing with it my chest is gonna move or something and not be even? If that makes any sense. Surgery was today by the way.

For me, personally, I remember having to pull my vest down a few times during the day because it would begin to ride up on my torso. But I don't ever remember feeling that I was changing the shape of my chest when I did it.
If you just had typical gyne surgery, I don't think you need to worry. The goal is to keep pressure against the tissues to reduce swelling and promote the re-connecting of the tissues. I don't think readjusting the vest is a big deal.
