Ice?

I know i've heard on here before that ice isn't nessesary to use post op for swelling. Also my PS didn;t mention anything about using it...so i have to ask, why is this? I've used ice on injuries and even surgery before so whats so different about gyne surgery?

ice with lipo is not good.  dunno why, just isnt.  most ps's say not to do it
