Hey...

Well I finally took the plunge! Went swimming at my Brother-In-Law's house yesterday. We had a Birthday/Pool party for Patricia's mother.

The little guy with me is my Grandson Niko. The pics of me in the chair were taken in my backyard about 6 weeks ago. Some of you have already seen those shots.

Congrats man!

This is the first summer in a long time I've went swimming.  I love the beach now, a massive contrast from when I tried to avoid the beach by usin loads of dumb excuses!
Surgery semi-successful 11/01/03... but I'm still going insane.

  • Breasts belong on women!
Awesome!  I took my girlfriend out on my jet ski about a week ago and it was great to finally just around around with nothing on underneath my life vest.

Give it 6 to 8 weeks. I am 5 1/2 months post-op and that was my first time in a public pool in approx 26 years. Could have gone sooner but had to get psyched up to do it. Had to get over the Gyne 'mind set'....  D@mn it felt good to go for a swim! ;)

Also, don't expose healing incision scars to sunlight.
