You've received quite a variety of posts- must be hard to know what to think. Looks to me like you definitely have breast tissue there- that's not just pec muscle. Posters are right- you're in great shape, but I can see why you're concerned. You should get a great result with gyne surgery. Your chest would match the rest of your trunk.
