For what its worth I think you've got a pretty good result there. Looks natural. If you want rippling pecs you gotta get them yerself.

yes i know its normal but i would like to know whether this normal fat will be burnt off as i'm losing weight or will it always be with me ?

The fat is normal and yes it will go if you train and diet properly.  Men normally but fat on the gut and chest first, these are normally the last places to lose fat also.  You would have to get down to a reasonably low bodyfat % to have a well defined chest tho, say 10%BF, although you will always have some amount of fat.  //www.muscletalk.co.uk is a very good forum, the diet and nutrition section is full of very knowledgable people offering advice if you are interested.
