Hi everyone

Not a big issue but, I'm 2/3 weeks post op, having had lipo and gland removal.

My questions is, Whenever  I drink something hot/cold I feel the actual cold or hot fluid traveling through my chest, really weird and Strange and  hard  to explain, just wondered if anyone else has had this or similar. It's not a painful sensation but but, its like when you eat a ice lolly ans swallow a large chunk, and feel it traveling down.I'm assuming is maybe due to the nerve damage post op..

I googled it, and a lot of post op breast enlargement  patients have experienced it too, but know one actually knows why. Strange one.

Cheers

Really?

Wow. I haven't had that - but that is really strange. Never hear that before. It's probably just what you mentioned (sensitive nerves). Hopefully!

Take care.

I've had that sensation at times especially if the liquid is very much above or below body temperature. I don't think it means anything special.

Wow! Im glad I found this one. This feels so weird when I'm drinking ice tea or coffee.
