IM super sketched right now and wondering if this is gyno or if I'm just a fat son of a bitch. Im 17

Looks like a normal 17 year olds body.
BMI is a little in the high side but not obese. 
Give yourself a break.

No problem.

FYI, Gynecomastia is a surplus of tissue in the breast of a male.  We do not distinguish on the basis of what kind of tissue is involved.  The usual condition is a mound of fat with strings of glandular tissue through it.  Surplus of skin qualifies too.

There is some mild asymmetry of your chest and you are a few pounds overweight.

Why not try to exercise, lose some 10-15 pounds and replace it with muscle.  In the meantime, wear a snug compression shirt to give you better contours.  Surgery should be your last resort.
