Gynecomastia affected

Hi people !!

I think I have Gynecomastia grade I or II. Since the last 12/14 month I´ve noticed a change in the volumen of my chest..
I´m 62 years old, with a thin and athletic body, practic sports 3/4 times a week for all my life... My high 174 cm and weigh 70 kg, always.
This situation never gave me any pain, it´s only a painful feeling that´s produce on me.
I need to know if my case could have medical treatment for a real solution, or need surgery inevitably.
I´ll appreciate any comments you could send me and share similar cases or experiences.
