I've heard some members say they started lifting about a month and a half after.  But I dunno, don't take my word for it.

If you're able to do pushups and run without any pain or discomfort, you're probably ready to hit the weights. I started lifting weights again about 4 wks post op, but I didn't do a "chest" workout until about 6 weeks post op.

I started lifting light weights about 4 weeks post op, built up the weight every week after.  Was at full strength again about 6-7 weeks and now 11 weeks im lifting heavier than i did pre op :)
