Stop taking steroids you moron. Gain muscle the real way. Weightlifting is a mind game, you need the focus and patience...steroids ruin the patience aspect. It's a sport that requires discipline and way to be an ass and support the weightlifting stereotype of roid' boys.

Maybe not taking anabolic steroids will help reduce the breasts.

There's no reason for the name calling. I don't see anyone calling you names b/c you don't take steroids.

Anyways, the Nolvadex should help reduce the pain/tenderness of your gyno, but it most likely won't make it go away. If it persists the only way to get rid of it is surgery.

While Yoshi may have been less than diplomatic, He has one thing on his side that you have seemingly overlooked.  He is right.

The body has a normal level of Androgens. When a person takes steroids without being properly monitored. and a surplus occurs as a result, two things happen.   The normal testosteron secretion of the testes is diminished or turned off and the surplus is converted into Estrogen.

Hopefully the damage to his testes is not permanent.

  • I've had my final operation :)
Hi, i have taken novaldex (tamoxifen) and it stoped the tenderness and growth....but  if the gyne is bigger than a hard lump behind the nipple i doubt it will take it away....mine is still here :(
