Not trying to brag in anyway, but this is a serious question.

Can too much sex or jerking off make gyno worse?

I've been at my gfs house nad have had sex almost every night for 2 weeks straight.  It seems like my nipples have been more puffy and more fat is coming.

Could this be to lower testosterone or anything?

That's funny.  There's no reason for him to get married.  He's single and getting it every night.  ;D

Good job pe175.  Keep it up.  No pun intended.  ;D

LOL.  What does that have to do with anything?  Are you posting on the right thread?

Side Note - 3 times a day is impressive.  I remember those days (barely).  ;D

Where the hell did this thread come from?! Definitley one of the most random postings I've read around here. ;D ;D Good stuff, though.

To answer the original question...it's been asked pretty frequently, actually, but I think we've come to the conclusion that scientifically it could not effect the gyne.

I'm just curious if sex affects you anyway negatively.

I just came up with this question because I feel more relaxed over the past few weeks and haven't been as pumped up in my workouts.  Not to say I haven't been able to complete them, but just took a little longer break time between exercises.

I thought having sex may lead to a decrease in testosterone which in turn may affect gyno?

are there any negative results?

Some one else found out that ejaculation couldn't get anywhere close as being powerful enough to change testosterone patterns enough to make a difference at all.

I Googled this one and can't find a thing that says that ejaculation in any way lowers testosterone.  I think you can rule that out.  In fact, a robust libido or interest in sex is a sign of normal testosterone production.
