after the surgery?
has anyone had, or heard about people who get REALLY bad permanent scars from it, or even get manboobs again after?

Todays Gynecomasic reduction techniques creates very little scaring and when healed, scars are almost undectectable. I have been a member of this Site for 11 months now and haven't seen any major scars.

Dr. Bermant says that Gynecomastia can regenerate ( can't imagine how tho! ). However, it is a rarity.
