how much does surgery cost?
how much does the nipple reduction surgery usually cost, will health insurance cover it? thanks for any replies

All depends on where you live, the surgeon you choose and how much work needs to be done.

Most insurance companies consider areola/nipple reduction a cosmetic procedure. Therefore, they will usually deny coverage.

It all depends on the insurance co. and what coverage the individual has.

As the old saying goes:  'It doesn't hurt to ask...'

However, from what I read here, most Insurance Co's. deny coverage.

Yup.  Not only do they deny you most of the time, but trying to get it covered is a HUGE pain in the ass.  It almost just seems worth it to save up money yourself.  Plus keep in mind you don't necessarily get to pick the best surgeon for the job.
