I should have my operation in 4-6 weeks from today. Is it ok for me to do chest exercises or not? I'm not bothered about moobs sticking out more, because I've only got 4 more exam days and then it's 'stock up on the games inside'.
Had gyno for the best part of 8 (awful) years
Surgery on Monday 20th July. Never felt so happy in my life!

you should work out as much as possible because you wont be able to work out for 3-4 weeks after your surgery. i made sure not to miss any workouts before i had mine. My surgeon told me that working out my chest hard before the operation would have no impact on his ability to perform the surgery.
