Has anyone tried other things besides surgery or pills to get rid of their gyne? Some people are wondering if burning the nipples will get rid of or atleast hide it, but no one has commented on actually trying it. I myself have even thought about self surgery, but I'm not really into self mutualation either ( I'm a wuss ). I'm in good physical shape, but still have the large nipples. Cold climate and stimulation make it disapear for a short time, but I would prefer to get rid of it all together. I can't afford surgery though. Any ideas would be helpful.

Dude first off welcome to the site. Secondly, theres no other way. Surgery is the only way. I recommend not doing self surgery because you can seriously darn your shit up. Start saving money man. Thats the only way to go. Or get a loan. Even saving money little by little is a good start. Thats all there is to it.
If you have gyne, dont expect not be laughed at.

Just like if you walk into a locker room, you're gonna see some hairy asses and dicks.

Unfortunately for me, both have occured in my life way too many times.

Self surgery and/or burning would amount to mutilation and the resulting scars would ultimately look a lot worse than the Gynecomastia.

The various pills, capsules and exercise gadgets simply do not work at reducing anything but your bank account or wallet.

Some young men have the condition resolve without treatment, but the chance of that happening is nil if it has existed for a couple of years without change.

That leaves only surgery.

How old are you and how long have you had it?  The answer is probably that there is no way to get rid of it besides surgery unless you fall under a very specific set of circumstances, like if you are a bodybuilder who got gyne from steriods.  Lots of them have been able to reverse it, that's just a fact.  Most of us have had it since puberty and have had it for years, so there is probably no chemical solution for us.

Definitely do not try cutting yourself or other self-help remedies like nipple piercing, you will just make it worse.  Here is what you do.  Stop going to Starbucks, cancel your cell phone, don't eat out anymore, etc.  Make a commitment to put aside at least $150 a month and in three years you will have enough for the surgery to be performed by a skilled gynecomastia specialist.  I know in this day and age, people find it difficult, dare I say impossible, to make a plan to do something three years from now and stick to it, but if you really want it, this is what you have to do.

Secondly, start a weight lifting program and get ripped.  I mean, get to single digit body fat and especially work your upper chest.  This will push your nipples downward along your chest and make them less obvious.  I have seen this in some guys, they look like they have gyne, but because their upper chest is so developed, the nipple gets pushed downward and you can't really see it puff out through a t-shirt.  You have three years, start on this tomorrow and don't look back.

I'm 23 I've had it since I was about I'd say 14. I didn't know about the condition of Gynecosmatia until recently, I thought I was just in bad shape. I'm in good shape now, from exercise and working out, but no steroids were involved. From alot of the photos I've seen online my case really isn't that bad, but it still has psychological impact on my life.
