hi guys, i have just recently had the surgery, but still feel my chest isnt the right shape.  i have started weights training to try n shape it more correctly doing various upper & lower pectoral exercises, but im not sure whether i need to train upper or lower to better shape my chest.  i will upload some photos in a couple days for you to see.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

Focus most of your attention on upper chest exercises.  If you do too much lower and mid exercises, your chest will have a "saggy" look (an issue I'm dealing with right now, acutally).  Do a lot of push-ups also.  They are one of the best chest workouts you can possibly do.  If they hurt your wrists, get a set of those Perfect Pushup handles or just use dumbbells.
