In general all I wear are pushup bras I find they give the girls more support then unlined ones 
But that could just be me 
As to shape I am at the stage of not caring what anyone thinks other than myself and my Mrs and she has seen me in all kinds of bras & panties and all she has said is " as long as your comfortable "
