On Bodybuilding.com it doesn't mention any age requirments but on 1fast400.com, it says can be used by men over the age of 18. I'm only 15, and I know that testosterone-boosting medications can have negative affects on the body during puberty, but it says it controls estrogen too. Could I use this? I'm a very social person and it is SO HARD having this problem when I know no one else with the same problem in person. I'm just looking for any alternative to surgery. Please get back to me.

kriegerr, you're still in your puberty dude. yeah it would not be advisable to use supplements that mess with your endocrine system during this time. you might wanna wait?

we are all aware of the crisis you're facing now. unable to socialise, to enjoy sports, to take off your t-shirt and SWIM. :-[

Is your gyno really obvious? If it's quite mild, there are ways of covering up. You might wanna look at compression vests? Try anything cept messing with your body's hormonal system. Wait till your puberty passes..

My gyno is pretty EXTREME and very noticible, there is a lot of soft tissue that makes my nipples stick out.

Highly recommending NOT to do that.  Like z0z0 said, you are still in puberty and you really don't want to mesw with your endocrine system at this critical point in your life.  Just wait, I know it is easier said than done but it will be the best for you in the long run.

I agree with others. I don't recommend it at your age. Seriously if you wont listen to us, then at least see a doctor and get advise from him, they can explain it in detail for you.
