Is there a website out there that demonstrates how to perform massage to break up post surgery scar tissue?  Thanks, guys.

My surgeon tells me to agressively massage the entire pectoral region to break up scar tissue and prevent the skin from sticking. He actually massaged my chest for me to demonstrate how he wants me to do it myself. This was just a few days ago. He said since I am now 3 weeks post op I should start massaging more agressively and also to use skin lotions and this stuff called aquaphor which helps restore skin and minimize scarring. It seems to work well. I used it my first surgery too.

That makes sense as I would imagine that scar tissue would need substantial pressure to be broken up.  Appreciate the info, Flex.

When I massaged pretty aggressively it kinda seemed like the swelling got worse. I don't know but I hope I can get rid of this scar tissue!
