I haven't been here in a long time but I just found this and wanted to get other's thoughts.  It's about lipodissolve.  I'm pretty sure that's been talked about here before.  $250 per treatment.  Looks like this dr strictly goes after the fat.  No mention of gland.  Here is the home page:

Thoughts?

Lipodissolve is the injection of a group of chemicals which purport to kill fat cells and allow the body to scavenge the fat remnants.  It is being highly touted as a quick fix to remove fat.  It has never been scientifically proven.  And in many cases, there have been major problems of excessive fat necrosis, scarring, etc.

Currently, it is being studied scientifically by a select group of board certified plastic surgeons -- they are doing it the right way.

Until results are known and the treatment proven to be safe, I would be ultra, ultra cautious about embarking on these treatments.  And of course, even if it did work, it would only work on fat -- not gland.

That's true, it won't work on gland.  But I also have excess fat.  Surely it would help some, if it works like it's supposed to.

I don't think that it will work on the gland but for fat it is possible.

I am a big fan of going to ingentaconnect.com for medical-related information that has come from the scientific method.

It is the most comprehensive site I have found with free links to abstracts from medical journals.  I've never looked at an entire study on there, but it has a summary of what the whole articles say for free.

I searched for lipodissolve on it and it only has one study done on it.

Good luck deciphering that one!  I can barely understand it ???
