I;ve seen pics of many people after they have gotten gynecomastia surgery. They have like inverted nipples afterwards. Like the nipple is in the body. Is this temporary? Just concerned

Sounds like you are describing a post-op concavity. A concavity happens when the surgeon removes too much tissue. No, it's not temporary. It's permanent...
