Ive been doing some research and found that some people (bodybuilders) have injected aceytl-l-carnitine into the gynecomastia and just dieted and exercised and it went away.
Ive also heard of topical creams like yohimburn etc...

Is it even possible to inject carnitine for it to go away?
Is it safe, saying there are so many vital organs near there?
Does anybody have any personal experiences with these kinds of things?

No.

If it really were that simple, this site would not have lasted a week.

Self treatment has almost no chance of doing any good, but great possibilities for making things much worse.

assuming injection technique is sterile, then yeah, its safe... it's painful and unproductive as far as getting rid of glandular gyne though.... it helps reduce the fatty deposits but for actual glandular tissue you're not going to see any improvement.

yohimburn is a topical yohimbine supplement that helps to block Alpha-2 receptors in the fat cells where it is applied. as an antagonist of the Alpha-2 receptors it basically makes those "stuborn" fatty areas easier to burn off with diet and exercise. in no way will it actually help rid you of the glandular growth
