Hi, I was just wondering what the dangers are of doing chest work outs before the operation ie bench press etc. Would this, for example, increase the liklihood of the skin sticking to the muscle, as the muscle is larger? If anyone did work out a lot pre op what are your thoughts on this? Is it worthwhile doing to get better results, or dangerous and should be avoided? or if anyone knows anyway it would be interesting to understand more about this situation

Thanks

dude just to be safe DONT do it. keep off chest and anything using chest mildly (tri, back, etc). this will tense up your muscles and cause surgeon to operate assuming that your chest is natually tense like that all the time. you dont want that. stay off bench 1 week min. my opinion. i lift weights 3-4 times a week, by 1 week later, im back to floppy boobs.

sticking skin to the muscle is only a problem with bad plastic surgeons that take too much fat out.
avoid those cowboys like the plague.
just make sure you pic A PS that knows exactly how and what you are wanting.
it best to have a touch of natural fat than a lumpy bumpy chest due to bad lipo.
losing my moobs was almost as painless as losing my sanity
