for 10 years my left breast has been bigger than my right, and i can easily feel the gland and feel the musle. well the muscle on that side is about twice as big and I am wondering if this is because i have been carrying around extra wieght for 10 years right there?? and after surgery if i work out, will i be able to balance everything out?

I have seen a few cases like yours where one side is bigger than the other. A mate of mine recently had surgery to correct, problem was self inflicted. With a skilled surgeon and the correct procedure, your chest should look normal when recovered and your chest should be balanced. Just make sure your surgeon has a look at your left side also, looks like there is gland there too but much smaller.
If done properly, your chest should be nice and balanced after surgery and you can add muscle to your chest as per normal through weight training.

Good luck...
