So i am having surgery soon , and when i talked to my surgeon lately , he said to me , i am a very mild case , i am not fat , and i dont need compression garment , he said it is not necessary ! so what do you think ?

I differ.

I believe a firm compression garment is an absolute necessity -- for any degree of gyne.  Without it, one risks a seroma or hematoma as well as prolonged swelling.
