Worst case scenario & Dangers in surgery?
What are some of the Worst Case scenarios & dangers, horror stories etc people have had from gynecomastia surgery?

With any operation, not only male breast reduction. Death is a possibility depening on how your body reacts to anesthetic. But its a rarity. You could also be butchered and look worse than you started.
