I'm quite fit and I think I have a reletively good physique, but as you can see in the photos, my puffy nipples ruin everything  :-X I've had them for more than 2 years (I'm almost 16) and according to some sites pubescent gyne only lasts for less than a year. Does anyone know if mine will go away or is it more likely they're here to stay   :'(

  • Had expensive surgery... Now I'm flat busted!
From the apparent experience of most people, at least those who post on this forum, if your gyne has been present for a couple of years you're probably going to need surgery to get rid of it.  At age 16 you're probably going to want to wait until at least age 17 or 18 because there are possibly still some puberty things going on.  It looks from the pictures to be mostly excessive gland that's puffing out the nips.  There doesn't seem to be a lot of extra fat around them so that's good.

I don't mean to steal Hypo-is-here's thunder  :), but I would suggest that you see an endocrynologist and get a picture of what's happening with your hormones.   If something's still out of kilter there, now is a good time to deal with it.

  • I love YaBB 1G - SP1! And it loves me!
looks permanent to me.
seeing an endo won't kill ya but it won't tell u much (or maybe it depends on the endo).
cause mine told me to do push ups and it'll go on its own.

  • Wilma, grab the lotion, we're going to the beach!
You've really got cone shaped areolas.

Go see a quality endo. Go to aace.com and look up an endo in your area who shows reproductive endo as an area of interest.
