hello i have a mild form of gynecomastia and I had surgery in the end of June. Everything wents fine, there are only cutting without liposuction and etc... Now, after over 2 monts post-op i'm fine, but my right nipple is more protruding than left and it seems that left is a bit sunken  :D What can I do, they aren't so equal in first look. Sorry I don't have a picture.
Every problem has his solution.

I think you should communicate that with your PS.  At two months you could still have some swelling making one side protrude more than the other, but that's just one of several possibilities.  If it's still not right after a few more months then a revision may be necessary to even it out.
