2 days post op to put on your own button-up shirt (about 2 weeks with no pain for a t-shirt), 5 days post op to be able to move your arms (but not full range of motion, took almost 2 weeks post op till I felt extremely comfortable that I could have full range of motion), 1 week post op to start driving (I felt absolutely uncomfortable driving because I have a stick shift and turning the steering wheel is awkward because you do use some of your chest muscles).  Pretty much 2 weeks to do everything somewhat pain free.  I do know that the first 6 days were a struggle, but each day that went by I felt 10x better than the day before.  I am sure everyone has a different experience, but this was mine.
