Still have a lot of fluid in the left side,
the nipple scarring is the worst, please tell me there is some way to make it look semi-normal, it did not look at all like what I thought

Dude.... that's a terrible suture job. I highly doubt that it will heal properly as the edges of the areola have separated from the rest of your skin. You are going to have massive scarring...  :-\

Have you consulted with your PS about this?

Who is your PS?

I see him tomorrow, hopefully something can be done about this, it looks to have forms a keloid. Hopefully a cortico steriod injection can help, the discoloartion is the worst part, I could live with it, if it was all one uniform color and shrank a little

Unfortunately I completely agree. Did you go to a plastic surgeon, or just a general surgeon? Those stitches look like the job I got done in the ER when I cut open my knee. Also, did he do lipo/excision, or just excision? I wish you the best man. On a good note, you are only 12 days post-op, its still very early in the game.

I went to a general surgeon, (insurance covered it). He said it should look the same as is a ps did it, I guess i was wrong.
Is there any way to salvage it, perhaps go to a PS just to fix the nipples?

I had an excision only, there wasn't too much fat in the area, but I agree may have to see a PS about a revision.

How long do you think I should wait before trying another procedure/some surgical procedure?

Son of a bitch.

I had my surgery with a general surgeon, but it was in a good hospital, so I can't say I was not pleased with the results.

Now the gyno is coming back and I don't have that insurance anymore and I'm freaked out to have another.

Plastic surgery does wonders, I think someone can fix that.

Sorry, but you've been butchered.  I'm sure it will heal over time and not look as bad, but you will have some nasty scarring there.

Note to all
This is why you must always go to a specialist plastic surgeon experienced in gynecomastia male breast reduction surgery.  Don't take the cheap, easy option...it is just not worth saving a few hundred bucks for this to happen to you.

Week 4, looking a lot better, both the nips are symmetrical, and the same size, the left side still has a lot of scar tissue compred to the right. The dead skin finally peeled off, and the scar is actually not too bad, but there is skin discoloration which makes it visible. If that was remedied, I would alright.

I am giving about 2 more months, then evaluating with a plastic surgeon, to see what type of scar care can be done.
