3.5weeks post op...right side is pretty good...only a tiny bit of scar tissue.

However my left size is a big lump a bit smaller than a tennis ball....obviously because its soo big...its pushing my whole chest/nipple out too.

Can i do anything other than massaging it and taking vit e?

Yes i have, she has told me now to stop massaging it...but i cant see how that is going to help?

kenalog injections did the trick for me. Reduces post surgical scar tissue, number of shots needed will depend. Better make sure your surgeon knows how to administer the shot, I hear side effects can be ugly.

This sounds like more than just scar tissue -- especially at 3.5 weeks post op.  It could well be a fluid or blood collection -- and it should be seen and treated by your surgeon -- NOW!!  It should not be ignored -- and it is too big to be treated with cortisone injections.
