Hi there!.

I am thinking of getting surgery to treat a moderate puberal gynecomastia that I have suffered for years (now 26 years old).

I have read a lot but I still need some advice.
First, I tend to loose and gain weight very easily, does removed gyno (excision and /or lipo) look bad with weight variation?, hollow?.

Do I really need a compression vest and massaging the chest after surgery even if my surgeon does not mention those things?.

I can´t wait to walk on the street completely straight, not look down trying to hide my chest.

I don't think that further weight loss would make your post-op chest look 'hollow'.

A compression garment for sure. Massaging, in my opinion, is not necessary.
