I'm having the same issue. Rather annoying tbh. Perhaps it's firm brast-tissue floating around? :p

Had excision only approx. 2 months ago. I first experienced the "things" floating around about a month ago. Funny thing is that before my surgery, I had gland shaped like a disk under one nipple. Now, that disk is just one half of a circle, or even less. It's hard for me to describe, but I know that it comes from that disk I had there.

so your floating thing you think is left overs from the disk gland?

i think mine is fat or something its very hard to describe but like i said.... mine feels like .....

seperate soft irregular shaped things, like i drew in my pic.

Yea. My tissue is very hard, just like gland.

sounds like normal scar tissue. It should subside with time.
