No need for extra vests as they give you two.

Hmmm food wise there is no restriction I guess. Just healthily diet I guess.

I'm 7 days post op today so far so good.

Pineapple is good for you.

Well done mate, do you still have the white strap on top of the black vest?

Yeh the compreession is tight, but after 24hrs, you can take it off for an hour a day but you get used to it.

Drink plenty of water.

No white strap just the back vest with dressings underneath , seem Jasmine about a hour ago and leaned up too quick and went really White and cold sweating ha .

Theirs no brusing or oozing which the nurse said was unusual however I only had minor case. Got another 45 minutes in the room before I get dressed and leave , and yer one of the nurses brought a big jug of water in .

The only pain in the arse is blood pressure taken every 30 mins a's you get to sleep then woken up soon after ha .

Cool. Just rest up. Water and fruit is best. I didn't have any oozing also.

Only recently 5 days post op I got some red bruising and chest gone yellow.

not sure what they scars just from the liposuction from the nhs op. The right side is tiny where as the left is somehow larger.

if you look at about 4'0 clock from the nipple you can see slight line
