Hi Guys,

I've always had puffy nipples ever since I was around 16/17 (I'm 23 now). I remember feeling a hard lump in my left nipple when I was younger, but thats dissappeared completely.

I currently weight 175lbs at 6ft 2".

I've had a keen interest in weight training since I was about 17 or so. Actually, my lower pecs have always responded well to weight training, and I think thats what makes my nipples more worse, as when they are not stimulated they look quite puffy (see attached images). Body fat wise I think I'm pretty low - prob. between 10-12% at a guess.

Anyways, if you could give me your opinion that would be much appreciated :)

Cheers
Tim

Thanks for the quick reply mate :)

I guess I was worrying about nothing, and to be fair I realise that anything I may have (which probably is not very much) is nothing compared to alot of the peeps on this forum. I may get a docs. appointment just to be sure, cause they do look a bit better in the pics than they do in real life. I think they prutude a bit, especially when I wear tight tees lol...more so if they are white lol...

i agree - no gyne whatsoever... when you go see your doctor and he says you don't have any gyne/gland/puffy/fat etc, then ask him about body dysmorphic disorder ;D

Yeah I kind of realise I don't have anything major too worry about now...the reason I asked was because some guy on bodybuilding.com raised the issue, and I guess I got a little paraniod lol... ;D

not even that, more like 0.5-1.  nip sticks out just barely, but i'm the most liberal estimator here (see other recent threads for proof), and the 2 or higher's are enough to make you unhappy, and that's one i wouldn't worry about.
* a man is more than a body will ever tell
* if it screws up your life the same, is there really any such thing as "mild" gyne?
