Cliff Manchaster as a chest coach - effective?
Has anyone tried this guys system for reducing man boobs through diet and exercise?  I want to avoid surgery and try all options (not pills). Thanks.

I ended up buying it...

It's a ton of work every day... not as easy as I thought it would be.

Only been a week but I think I'm seeing progress
